Harvey has Illinois title loans

I am so confused about this car title loan business.  There is so many different names for this stuff.  I don’t even know the difference between Illinois Title Loans and Car Title Loans.  Is it the same thing? Is Harvey car title loans a different business than Harvey Illinois title loans?  Or what.. I don’t know if they offer different services or if they are all the same and it doesn’t matter for me who I do business with.  I can’t seem to figure it.  Whenever I call it sounds like they don’t know the difference themselves.  It’s usually some college kid I talk to.  I hate going into car title loans stores because I don’t want to wait in line and its usually when I’m broke anyways.  So I feel kind of embarrassed to be there.  I’d rather just fill out an title loans online application or do it over the phone.  At least I can do this from where ever.  I don’t have a lot of time anyways to be driving all over Chicago and wasting money on gas and waiting in Chicago traffic.  I have to make a living!
