Anthony is the Call Center Sales Manager responsible for managing and motivating the team members while supporting the needs of the contact center. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in the following industries: financial services, payment processing, telecommunications and media. Anthony values leadership, passion for the customer experience and transparency. His favorite aspect of his role is building/maintaining relationships and mentoring the team.
When not working, Anthony enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports (Arizona Wildcats, Ohio State Buckeyes and Indianapolis Colts) and reading. Avi is the Call Center Supervisor at TMG. He assists customers by taking orders, creating applications, obtaining and verifying information and handling both inbound and outbound calls. His values for work include being dependable, possessing a positive attitude and being motivated to grow and learn. While Avi is relatively new to his supervisor role, he has consistently shown the ability to provide an excellent customer experience in multiple industries.
When Avi is not at work he likes to game online, collect chicken dinners and maintain a healthy lifestyle with spring rolls.
Matthew is the Manager of Strategic Operations and a Senior Loan Processor. He has assisted in the relationship with other companies and helped grow our title loan product. He has been assisting customers find great options for over five years. Family values and honesty are important to Matthew and he likes to fully explain everything, so our customers understand every step of the process.
Matthew is a Navy veteran and was deployed to Iraq as a Greenside corpsman with the Marines. He is a father of four who enjoys spending time with his family outdoors or getting beat by his kids playing video games. New technology and astronomy are also some of his hobbies.
Constantine is a Loan Processor handling customer service and providing our Affiliates with leads. He feels is biggest professional accomplishment is increasing revenue and value for the company. Constantine’s values for work include being accountable, making a difference, focusing on detail, delivering quality, being completely honest keeping promises and being reliable and positive.
Outside of work, Constantine loves watching and playing sports and hanging out with family and friends.
As a Loan Processor, Spencer communicates with customers to help them find the optimal lending options to meet their needs and get them the best loan possible. He has been processing loans about a year-and-a-half, but has worked in a variety of fields including work such as programming, construction estimates and various sales jobs. Spencer funded the second largest loan in company history during his first six months and he strives to outperform daily. He believes listening to and understanding his client’s concerns and then educating them on possible solutions is the best way to establish trust and provide the best service to meet their needs.
For hobbies, Spencer has a unique love of the natural and mechanical world, so he can be found studying different types of fish and how to code something in Arduino in the same hour. His current project is an indoor herb garden with a few plants growing hydroponically. Spencer’s favorite quote is from Teddy Roosevelt, “Do what you can with all you have, wherever you are.” We can’t always control our surroundings but we can control how we react to them and try to help others.
Tyler is a Loan Processor providing customer service and leads to our affiliates increasing revenue and value for the company. His values include being on time, delivering quality and working as if it were his own company.
Tyler is an easy going, laid back guy who has a real love for music and adventures with friends.
Tony is a Loan Processor. The core values he brings to the company are confidence, his ability to build rapport with clients and the will to do his best to ensure customer satisfaction.
Outside of work, Tony loves watching and playing sports. He also loves to play cornhole. He is currently ranked in the top tier of the southwest conference. One of Tony’s favorite quotes is from W. Indio J Valenzuela
Indio is a Loan Processor handling both inbound and outbound calls for customers inquiring about title loans. Whether they are actively applying or merely looking into the process of getting a title loan, he provides customers with the information necessary to make informed decisions. Indio also assists our lenders in gathering essential documentation from our clients and following up with both the lenders and clients to ensure that loans fund. Indio’s time in the ARMY instilled the value of leaving things better than he found them. At work, this means that if he notices a deficiency within himself or his organization, he does his best to correct it.
Outside of work and school, family and relaxation are Indio’s priorities. He firmly believes that having a good home/work balance is the key to succeeding in both of those arenas. If he’s not in the office, Indio is most likely spending time with his gorgeous girlfriend, reading, playing video games or trying to organize a game of Dungeons & Dragons with his friends.
